Why arrange your Hurghada transfer in advance
Hurghada International (HRG) is a small airport that gets very busy the moment a few charter flights land together. Walk out of arrivals and you are straight into a knot of drivers calling out prices, and trying to agree a fair fare with your cases in one hand and a tired child in the other is nobody's idea of a good start to a holiday.
Booking ahead takes all of that off the table. The price is fixed before you fly, the car is the size you asked for, and the only thing left to do at the airport is look for your name.
Where we drive
We cover the whole stretch of Red Sea coast that people fly into Hurghada for:
- Hurghada town, the Marina and Sakkala — about 10 to 15 minutes
- El Gouna — roughly 25 to 30 minutes north
- Sahl Hasheesh — around 20 minutes south
- Makadi Bay — about 35 minutes
- Soma Bay and Safaga — 45 minutes to an hour
Staying somewhere that is not on the list? Put the hotel name in when you book and we will quote the exact journey.
What happens when you land
Your driver follows your flight, so a delay or an early landing is not a problem — they will be there either way. You will find them in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, they will give you a hand with the bags, and the car is air-conditioned with cold water waiting inside. The fare you agreed when booking is the fare you pay, with nothing added on for luggage or a late-night pickup.
