What happens if my flight is delayed? How airport pickups really work

It is the question we get more than any other: what happens to my transfer if the flight is late? It is a fair worry — you have paid for a pickup, and flights rarely land exactly on time. The short answer is that nothing changes for you. Here is how it actually works.
We watch the flight, not the clock
When you book, you give us your flight number. From then on the arrival is tracked against live flight data, not the original schedule. If you are an hour late, the pickup simply moves an hour later. If you land early, the driver is there early. You do not need to call, email or update anything.
Waiting time is included
Drivers build in time for passport queues and baggage, and for a tracked flight they wait at no extra charge. There is no meter ticking while you are stuck at the carousel.
If you cannot find your driver
It happens — big halls, lots of signs. Your confirmation has a phone number; one call and the driver will tell you exactly where they are standing, usually just past customs in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
Late-night and missed flights
Egyptian airports run through the night, and so do transfers, so a 3am landing is no problem. If a flight is cancelled or you are rebooked onto another, just send the new details and we move the pickup across. The whole point of booking ahead is that the messy parts of travel become someone else's job.
